🚨 BREAKING NEWS: The GLP-1 “Fasting Era” is Ending 🚨
The FDA has just approved Foundayo™ (orforglipron), a breakthrough in metabolic health. This is the first non-peptide, small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist in pill form—and it changes the game for patient convenience.

What’s the Big Deal?
Currently, oral options like the Wegovy® pill (oral semaglutide) come with a very strict “morning ritual.” To be effective, the Wegovy pill must be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, with no more than 4 ounces of plain water, followed by a 30-minute wait before eating, drinking, or taking any other medications.

The Foundayo™ Difference:
Because Foundayo is a small molecule rather than a peptide, it isn’t easily broken down by stomach acid. This means:

* It can be taken at any time of day.
* It can be taken with or without food.
* There is no 30-minute waiting period required.
It offers a seamless alternative for those who find the restrictive dosing schedules of current oral GLP-1s difficult to maintain.

This represents a shift toward making life-changing metabolic treatments more accessible and easier to integrate into daily life and I suspect the beginning of small molecule GLP1 agents.

Graceful Wellness provides mental health services across multiple states, including Hawaiʻi, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve and connect here. Honored to serve as a Featured Contributing Guest & Speaker for the Girls Who Brunch Tour – Mississippi! 💕

As Miss Doctorate Mississippi, it’s always an honor to pour into the next generation—and this event is all about empowering girls to become bold, confident, and emotionally strong young women.

I’ll be leading a workshop entitled “Be Bold, Be Balanced: Protecting Your Mental Health in a Busy World.”
