A love for making Handmade soaps, lip balms, lotion, and more for you to enjoy! Each product is made from scratch & in small batches. You give & care for others.

Each of you deserve to be pampered! You go day to day, busy with work, your family, children, & serving significant others. Often by the end of the day, you have little time for yourself. You've worked hard at the office, plant, hospital, in the ministry, school, shop...maybe you rarely get the chance to give yourself the massage, long bath, or even enjoy a long, hot shower. If so, why not at least give yourself the chance to splurge & pamper yourself during your daily routine! Every single product on this page is made from scratch. I pour my heart & soul into each individual recipe from start to finish, as I picture in my mind what you, the person would find as a skin loving, pampered feeling, enjoyable product. My goal is not quantity but quality. I never want to lose my love for making the products or end up feeling pressured to just get more items up on the page. At anytime, you are welcome to place a custom order for any item I currently make: Soap, emulsified sugar scrubs, whipped body butters; lip balms/salve/whipped lip butters, lotion, & more. You can message me or post on the page. :) Soaps require a 6 week cure time, except for Aleppo soap (9 months); Castile (6 - 9 months); & Bastile (may depend on the amount of Olive oil used - usually 50%). I do not do melt & pour soap unless it is requested, then I only purchase special detergent free (as best possible). Any ingredients I do not have on hand, I will do everything in my power to find them: molds, scents, colors, additives (teas, herbs, clays, powdered florals; etc.) If there is an item you would like, & it will not work in a product, I will be honest with you. It is about you & seeing you get the time to enjoy something special in your busy day. I love knowing you will enjoy the time you have to spend on yourself, or knowing the gift you are giving will make another feel like you thought they were just THAT special!

Somebody asked a few weeks ago where I've been. This person needed a certain lotion. I'm here & have been creating only custom orders ond items for the connected caregiver group.

Some laws are changing, so I've been reading up. Not all apply to a SB, but the labeling, especially appears to be undergoing changes.

Then there are supply & shipping costs. Holy Mackeral! Have you bought chocolate (cacao) lately? Cocoa butter has skyrocketed in price. Olive oil as well, along with other ingredients.

Many are reformulating which = testing again the once tried & true product recipes. Others are doing the same: C/O only. Many have closed down completely. This is sad since every creator has something unique to offer.

Soap - soap with Goat’s milk, castor, olive, shea, & tallow; to list a few of the ingredients. And one of the best ingredients you find in a handmade soap? Glycerin. It is a natural-occurring ingredient that we as artisans don't remove!

Apple - Pear Glace with a simple hanger swirl design is off to cure.

I’ve been trying for quite some time to create a true cream soap. This is a product made with some of the same ingredients you'd use in a bar or liquid soap.

While I love the whipped bath wash, it is formulated differently - carefully but still differently.

In the very first batch I made, I did the same thing as I do with a new cooking recipe. I followed it to a T, but the calculator stumped me. It is different than the usual calculators I use.

I am a person who needs to understand why this ingredient, and what is the purpose of waiting until this phase. How does a minute amount of this add to the product when I've already added a massive amount earlier?
All of the details matter to me. Yep, I’m one of the thinkers, who need to make sense of it, and details matter kind of person.

Long story short, my 1st batch was irreparably lost. Yes, I followed the recipe, but in the end, I'm not a person skilled enough to just dive in & figure it out as I go. But I kept it for reference...and here & there would go back to it.

I watched more videos, read more info, & kept reading the calculator explanation - all shared by those who generously help those of us trying to learn.

Three batches later, & my daughter’s helpful input on the most recent - she's honest and blunt - I have finally finished a batch that I'm comfortable with enough to send out for testing.

Whatever you’re trying to accomplish, walk away if you need to. Come back to it and keep trying to make strides. The key in my opinion is to “Learn it” vs. do it because that's how ____ said. ❤️

I love how hard his parents have worked to balance it all - encouraging him to be a child engaging in make-believe with joy and excitement, b/c play with others, the unusual looking critters, & imagination, all teach an untold number of life lessons.

Yes, I’m a little biased. He calls us Gramma & Papa.
