Trying something new!!

The office is switching to Jane as our software for scheduling, patient records, billing, etc. Your appointment reminders will start looking a little differently as well as receipts and superbills. The office hours are changing up a little to reflect the upcoming summer season! This applies to all human and small animal adjustments in the office. The new office schedule does give me more availability for traveling for large animal adjustments. Reach out if you have any questions.

School is winding down. Summer is about to start! Who's ready??

We love seeing children of all ages, from infants through the teen years. Proper spinal alignment allows proper body movement. Proper body movement allows the brain to develop and function properly. This is important for all children and teens as their bodies and brains are growing rapidly!

I can finally announce this! If you’ve been to the new office space, you know it’s so big for just me. That being said…..

You will be seeing some new faces around the office! Melinda Thigpen with Heritage Birth Services has moved into a couple of the rooms in the office. To be clear, we are 2 separate businesses sharing an office space. I am so excited to have her and her team at the office (mostly on Fridays). They bring with them so much joy and are on board with creating a space with me that is a place of blessings, hope and healing.

"We love insurance!" That's what I tell myself anyway. For most of us, we need our health insurance to help cover the cost of services from providers. Sometimes it covers, sometimes it doesn't.

Southern Life Chiropractic is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare. Both are great at covering chiropractic services (most of the time). If you need me to check your benefits before you book an appointment, I will be happy to do that.

For those of you not in network with those insurance companies, cash prices are available that are affordable yet still allow me to keep the lights on.

That is a question I get asked SO much. While there doesn't have to be a problem for small animals to be checked for maintaining good health, here is a list of some conditions that could benefit from chiropractic care.
