The basic four elements all have a place in the world. They were the basic building blocks for the lives we live today. This is significant because throughout history. Each one was given a place of spiritual importance almost everywhere in the world. We owe so much to them yet sadly they often go unappreciated.

Let's start with meditation. Its a difficult skill. We spend so much time trying to fix are life on the outside. It is hard to stop and take a look at yourself.
Tips include:
-Be in a silent area.
-Be in a pleasant attitude when you begin learning.
-Counting your time breathing. (inhale 12345, exhale 12345)
-Let your thoughts come and go as they please. You cannot silence your thoughts if you are ignoring what you are trying to tell yourself.
-Slowly build up the amount of time you spend meditating. Just start with five minutes before you go to bed.
-Don't try to control the time you spend meditating. The end goal is to be able to sit in silence on the inside and outside for long periods of time.

I started my journey almost seven years ago. It began with a situation I couldn't explain. I began to meditate for hours. I read my tarot with a new sense of passion. I then began to study earth, air, fire, & water. This is a challenge, I dare you to do the same.
