Hey y’all, wanted to let you know I have a limited number of openings available for new clients, ages 14+. Appointments available via telehealth or in person at 111 West Main, Floyd, VA 24091.

Insurance in network with Anthem BC/BS including Anthem Healthkeepers Medicaid; also in network with Optum/United Health.

Private pay full rate is $150 per session by cash, check, or credit card with sliding scale available.

Open to doing couples counseling, but only private pay at full rate. Likewise, open to doing life/dream/meditation/wellness coaching, but private pay only at full rate.

Currently I am seeing individual clients only, ages 14 and up. I accept Anthem BC/BS (including Anthem Healthkeepers) and United Health/Optum insurance. Private pay rate Is $135 per session, with sliding scale options available.

I accept Anthem BC/BS and Anthem Healthkeepers, as well as Optum/United Health insurance plans. I also offer private pay services for people wanting to pay out of pocket by cash, check, or credit card. Sliding scale range is $80 - $135 per session.
