Going political for a minute...
Most of you know that my wife, Delegate Marie March ,is campaigning for re-election to the VA House of Delegates.
Marie's opponent believes the ends justify the means and he will use any tactic and spend any amount of money to get his political goals (as of last VPAP report he was almost a quarter-million dollars in on this campaign with the bulk of that from his rich family and special interest lobby groups!) He has a history of running smear campaigns full of misinformation - and this one is no different. He takes credit for work that is not his and belittles the work of others. Even my medical office has been victim of his nastiness - starting rumors that we are shutting down and leaving town. I have heard this in the community and my office is fielding phonecalls from concerned patients. I want to assure you that this is NOT TRUE. We will continue to serve the community that we love.
I want to thank you for putting your trust in me and my office and for the trust and support you have given Marie. Second, what I ask is that you show Marie's opponent that we won't take his BS. Let's show this guy what we think of his million dollar campaign. The big-money donors and the corporate lobbyists aren't going to win this election... the people are!
Vote Marie March early or in person on June 20 at your usual voting location and get your friends, family and neighbors in Floyd, Carroll, Patrick, Galax or Western Henry County to vote for Marie too!
