Regenesis 'Recover your Health'

Regenesis 'Recover Your Health" is a weight loss concept that is based in educating the participants on food choices. No gimicks, no TV dinners to sell.

The Regenesis program is designed for people that have tried everything to lose weight and feel better. It is a straight forward approach that teaches the participants the truth about quality food choices. It is not a fad diet. This work is based on the book Regenesis "A Pathway To Recover Your Health" by Dr. Garry Collins. Dr. Collins and his family cared for their mother for several years. She was a diabetic and in his opinion, Dr. Collins feels she was given poor advice by her doctors and nutritionists for over 40 years. His book was inspired by the struggles his mother and his family endured especially at the end of her life. Dr.Collins has a passion for helping diabetics, people that are overweight, and others suffering from things like fatigue, arthritis, fibromyalgia and other conditions. The Regenesis meetings are held once weekly (every Tuesday at 7 PM with weigh in at 6:30), at the Floyd County Farm Bureau basement. All are welcome.
