InStill Mindfulness executive director Jamie Reygle leads an experiential 'walkshop', sharing techniques to find balance and grounded presence while flowing through the wide array of activities available at the festival. This 40-minute 'walkshop' will commence at the Devils Backbone Brewing Company Higher Ground Viewing Deck with a brief introduction to mindfulness, followed by a walk through the festival site utilizing a range of mindfulness practices.

🧘‍ With Mindfulness Teacher Joe Klein

Gather in the early morning shade of the Devils Backbone Brewing Company Higher Ground Viewing Deck to wake up and tune up your mind with a guided practice offered by mindfulness teacher Joe Klein. You will be led to warm up with some yogic breathing practices, followed by a simple meditation practice to hone your balance and focus for the variety of fun things awaiting your attention throughout the festival day.
