InStill is committed to cultivating a mindful world for all. Our mission is to cultivate kindness, compassion, and caring through education, action, and community. Our Core Principle is Connection—with heart, mind, self, synapses, nature, and community. Our Values include:
Gratitude: We value gratitude in our own lives, and offer it freely. Self-care: We value self-care in our own lives, and aim t

o instill it in those around us. Awareness: We value the development of our own awareness, and provide tools to help others develop it in themselves. Redefine the mind: We value how mindfulness has changed our relationship with our mind, and foster it in others. Simplicity: We value simplicity as an antidote to chaos. Adaptability: We value adaptability, and welcome change rather than resist it. Walk the Walk: We value authenticity, and only aim to ‘preach’ what we actually practice. Acceptance: We value the equanimity gained through acceptance, and try to meet people where they are.

🌿 Introducing the Spring Thrive Drive 2026 🌿

At InStill Mindfulness, we believe healing and wellbeing begin with connection. Through mindfulness programs, peer recovery support, grief groups, wellness classes, retreats, and community outreach, we’re helping individuals and families across Pulaski County feel seen, supported, and empowered.

This year’s Spring Thrive Drive is an opportunity for our community to come together and invest in a healthier, more compassionate future for all. 💛

✨ Thanks to a generous donor, every gift will be MATCHED up to $20,000 — doubling the impact of every donation.

Your support helps:
🌱 Keep wellness and mindfulness programs accessible
🤝 Expand recovery and community support services
💛 Strengthen connection and resilience across Pulaski County

Together, we can help our community thrive.
