They didn’t notice it happening at the same time.
It showed up differently for both of them.
For her, it was the energy.
By 2pm, she felt drained.
Sleep didn’t feel like sleep anymore.
She’d wake up tired… even after a full night.
For him, it was something else.
He just didn’t feel as sharp.
Focus wasn’t there like it used to be.
Even simple workouts felt heavier than they should.
