Goat Yoga Flushing We are so pleased to be able to offer this joyful experience that improves mental and physical health. THEN I really, REALLY wanted goats. I love this so MUCH!

Through the healing powers of nature and animals, we provide a friendly and welcoming space for you to feel free of stress. My husband and I, and 5 children have a small hobby farm here in Flushing. We are graduates of Flushing High School and have 5 little Raiders attending elementary school. I started off with chickens...then was asked if I would take in 2 mini horses from a woman that lost her husband and was moving off her farm. Had a little push back from the husband but made a deal that if I could create something that would be beneficial to us and others, I could get 2...WELL 3 years later, we have taken in several goats that needed homes and have been able to offer classes for all ages and share my joy with others. Even Santa and the Easter Bunny show up every year, wink wink husband

Update: the vet was out today and saw Norman. Nothing felt wrong with his legs so she treated him for possible parasites...

Update: the vet was out today and saw Norman. Nothing felt wrong with his legs so she treated him for possible parasites that affect the nerves. Shot of steroids for pain and and antibiotic for anything else it could be. I’ll be double dosing safeguard the next 3 days and cross my fingers he improves daily. Next option would be X-rays of the legs and spin to check for deeper injury or tumors.

Norman update πŸ₯° He went out today and visited his girls through the fence. He is a long way from being even ok, but I’m hopeful, he is eating and drinking and at least is walking somewhat. Friday he was dragging his backend so that’s progress. Vet will be out tomorrow so hopefully we can figure this out❀️❀️

Please send healing vibes Norman’s way. He is not feeling well, possible deer worm infection or stroke. He is being treated for the worms just in case,until the vet can get here Monday at 2:30.
For now he is resting in the garage, made him up a nice bed and all his needs close by. ❀️
Norman was our very first goat and for those that have met this guy, he is a character and so loving. We love him so much.

Flushing friends, we would love to have your un-carved pumpkins again this year to feed our farm animal family. 🩷 With the rising costs of feed, this would be such a gift. You can drop them off by the garage anytime or message me for a time to drop them if you are more comfortable with that.

πŸŽƒπŸŽƒWe are so excited to see everyone at the Harvest Festival this Saturday! The baby goats will be there; we will have a canvas painting 🎨🎨 area for the kids set up and Kennedy will be leading 2 yoga classes at 12:30 and 2 in the park. 🧘 You do not need to sign up for yoga, there is no charge for class, donations are always welcome and appreciated. 🐐🐐
