Attention Yogis! One of your fellow students has asked that I round up all us healthy and delicious food lovin’ mountain dwellers to go and support the great “Chef” Dave Neil on his last day of business tomorrow, Saturday September 13 for his mobile kitchen in Fly Creek. He’s not just a great Chef; he practices kindness, inclusion, and peeling away the layers to see and celebrate his patrons’ and friends’ divine authentic selves.

Get on over and get yourself some delicious food, support small business, and catch a glimpse of his good and true smile ‘fore the season comes to an end. Would love it if you would share and shout out this post! Thanks yogis 🙌🙏💋 Big Love and Good Eats; nothin’ better.

Meet Heather. She is a dedicated aerial yogi, pictured here atop 4000 pounds of concrete. She guided the challenging work day with intermittent stretching, and healthy “venting” when needed, helping her team to release tensions in a healthy way. This is a beautiful example of “practicing off the mat.” So inspiring. 🤩
