She’s also a licensed cosmetologist and helps run her family’s coffee shop in South Carolina, bringing her love for people and community into everything she does.

What Bella enjoys most about her role at enrG is building real connections with patients and offering support, whether through a smile, a kind word, or just being there to listen.

Say hello to Sydney! She has been a nurse for 45 years and brings a heart full of care (and plenty of wisdom) to our team at enrG Wellness. Originally from Michigan, she has called our clinic home for the past few years and we cannot imagine the place without her.

Sydney is known for her compassionate touch and the way she makes patients feel instantly at ease. She is one of those people who just makes you feel cared for the second you meet her.

When she is not in scrubs, you will find Sydney sewing, tending to her garden, or planning her next trip. Family is everything to her — she is a proud mom of two, grandmother of three, and great grandmother of three.

We love having Sydney on our team and we know you will love her too.

Janet is the heart of enrG Wellness. With 30 years of nursing experience, she specializes in Functional Medicine and Weight Management, helping patients improve their health from the inside out.

Her passion for integrative medicine began while caring for her father during his battle with cancer. That experience inspired her to look beyond traditional medicine and explore natural ways to help people live fuller, healthier lives.

Janet has worked in functional medicine for the past 14 years, focusing on improving metabolism, supporting patients with autoimmune and metabolic conditions, and using the power of nutrition and genetics to transform health.

When she’s not with patients, you’ll find her networking and collaborating with other practitioners to expand functional medicine across the Gulf Coast.

We’re so proud to have Janet leading our team and guiding our mission to help every patient feel their absolute best. 🩵
