WE’VE MOVED 🩵🩶🙌🥳

The entire team worked very hard to get the clinic packed last week and unpacked yesterday. We’re finishing up getting settled in the morning and on Tuesday afternoon it’s GO TIME at 1410!

We can’t wait for you to see it!

God’s got this —>

I wrote that on the white board when we opened on August 28, 2020. There was so much unknown. But my God gave me the will and the want to open a PT clinic. He laid it on my heart to serve an exclusively pelvic health population. Find a need and fill it.

5 years.
From 2 beds to 5.
From 1 employee to 5.
From 1 curtain “room” to 2 fully private rooms AND 3 curtain rooms.

1500+ unique patients impacted.
400+ babies carried and mommas supported through pregnancy or post-partum.
14 individuals employed.
8+ new baby pelvic PTs out there impacting the world who trained with us.

To have made something from nothing is profoundly impactful. I am thankful to each employee and what they’ve given to our growth, but .abbott815 has been the rock that has kept everything going for the last 2+ years since I moved.

Saying goodbye to 1117B isn’t going to be too hard, we outgrew it over a year ago. But reflecting on what it gave us is filled with emotions.

We will be located at 1410 N McKenzie St beginning Monday 9.29.2025!

Might as well keep the announcements rolling 🎉

After 5 years in our “starter home”, Future Physical Therapy is moving!

We have a new clinic space where all 4 of our therapists (and often a student) can treat comfortably with plenty of privacy for our patients.

We continue to be an exclusively Pelvic Health Physical Therapy clinic, meeting the specialty care needs of Baldwin County and surrounding area residents. We continue to accept Medicare, Tricare, and BCBS insurances as payment for our specialty services and offer discounted rates for self pay to help more people move forward towards Pelvic Health and Wellness!

We have another surprise!

Leanne White is coming back! 🎉

Here is her bio: I moved from England to the US in 2010 with my husband and two children. We lived in Southwest Missouri through our children graduating high school.

My husband and I first moved to Foley in 2019 where we enjoyed the area’s beautiful beaches and scenery. I joined Future Physical Therapy in 2022 at the start of my PTA career and loved being able to work and learn in an environment where clients felt safe and received life changing care.

We returned to Missouri the following year to support our son through his senior college years and spend time living near our daughter aand her family including our three amazing grandchildren.

Whilst in MO I expanded my PTA knowledge and experience at an orthopaedic outpatient clinic and a skilled nursing/long term care facility. However, now that both children are forging ahead with their own careers and homes, the beach is once again calling for us!

We have therefore returned to Foley and with the most fantastic of timing, I have been given another opportunity to join the team at Future Physical Therapy and am excited to continue my career and share the benefits of pelvic health with the Baldwin County community.

We have a new Office Coordinator 🎉

I am Danielle Thomas.

I was born and raised in Mansfield Texas, a small town outside of Forth Worth. I grew up living in the country with a lot of dogs, cats, and my horse named Ace. I became an equestrian competitive rider at an early age and loved every minute of it. I loved going to the barn just to hang out.

Recently, my parents became “empty nesters” and took off to Florida for the sun and beaches, so I thought to myself, I think I will give it a try! Here I am now in Foley, not to far from my favorite Gulf Shores beaches.

I am here with my boyfriend Cameron, and my cats name June (we call her JUJU) and Moonie.

I am excited about being a part of the Future Physical Therapy team as Office Coordinator. I am looking forward to working with the great staff and our wonderful patients.
