When it comes to mental wellness, vague goals like "feel better" can feel overwhelming. Try using 𝐒𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐓 goals instead:

✅ Specific
✅ Measurable
✅ Achievable
✅ Realistic
✅ Time-bound

🔁 Example: Instead of “I want less anxiety,” try “I’ll practice deep breathing for 5 minutes every night this week.”

Small steps, clearly defined, lead to real progress 💪🏾💚

Thank you UPHC Small Steps Learning Center for all of the work that you do for the littles. At Scenic Counseling, we love children. We offer mental health and behavioral health services for children 12 and older. Our therapist, LaTonja, accepts Medicaid and BCBS.
