I went hiking on the Appalachian trail last week. It was so nice to clear my head, smell the fresh air, see the leaves turning and the brilliant colors. Renews perspective on life's important features. Keep an open mind! And when you can't, try something different!

IT HAS BEEN A PRIVILEGE TO WORK WITH SO MANY COUPLES THIS LAST MONTH. MOST COUPLES ARE SLOW AT PROGRESSING IN GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, HOWEVER, THIS HAS BEEN A PHENOMENAL MONTH OF PROGRESS. GOD LOVES MARRIAGE!

Okay, March is almost over and I have made zero comments on this site. Its not because I am not watching it but because life is once again busy. I know you can all relate! Busy is not necessarily a bad thing as long as we maintain perspective and take care of ourselves in the process. WELL, IT FEBRUARY ALREADY! CAPTAIN OBVIOUS RIGHT. THE WINTER MONTHS ARE TYPICALLY MORE DIFFICULT FOR THOSE WHO SUFFER WITH DEPRESSION. LIFE IS DIFFICULT AT IT S BEST AND WHEN DEPRESSION IS UNCHECKED LIFE IS DOWNRIGHT PAINFUL. THE GOOD NEWS IS, YOU CAN GET HELP FOR DEPRESSION AND GET YOUR LIFE BACK!
