We were excited to welcome Halie Barger, a student in the University of Mobile’s Athletic Training Program, to our classroom today!

Halie shared her journey and gave our students valuable insight into the pathway to becoming a certified athletic trainer—from education and clinical experience to certification and career opportunities. Her passion for the profession and dedication to helping athletes was truly inspiring.

We’re grateful for her time and wisdom, and we wish her all the best in her future career endeavors. We can’t wait to see the amazing impact she will make in the world of sports medicine!

Big thanks to Corey Christensen from Arthrex for visiting our Health Science Lab!

Students had the amazing opportunity to see firsthand how the different components used in joint arthroplasty work together to restore movement and improve quality of life for patients. 🦴⚙️

Hands-on experiences like this bring classroom learning to life and open our students’ eyes to the incredible careers available in medical technology and innovation.
