Integracare has a team of over 15 chiropractors, physical therapists, and physical therapy assistants helping patients each day along their recovery.

Foley patients know nurse Kynzlie well as she has worked with Shana Nelson since the location opened in 2022!

How do you help Integracare Patients?
I get patients ready for their appointments, assist with procedures and injections, and answer patient questions and concerns!

What do you like most about Integracare?
I love how unique and patient-centered our clinic is. Our staff are always striving to create an environment that truly feels like family from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave.

How do you like to spend your free time?
I enjoy spending my free time with my partner and son or reading a good book! We enjoy watching movies, playing card games or spending time outdoors. We like to travel when we can to visit our families!

Integracare staff are showing their support for a cause close to our hearts!

Nurse Jen's daughter, Rayah, was diagnosed in July with Leukemia and is currently receiving care at the Children's Hospital.

To help raise money for Rayah's care, nurse Crystal worked with Henry Embroidery to organize a T-shirt fundraiser for Jen's family.

The Fall sports season will be back soon.

Don't wait to schedule a sports physical for your child!

Often we can schedule your child for a Well-Child exam, and the provider can complete the sports physical paperwork at that time.

Note, for your child to have a Well-Child exam, it must be a year since their last exam, for insurance purposes.

That it is a family oriented practice that has a small town feel and is active in the community.

How do you like to spend your free time?
Being with my husband and our 3 girls. We like to spend time enjoying the outdoors, hiking, camping, reading, and gardening.

Integracare Foley is excited to be offering a community ed course this summer for athletes in grades 7 to 12!

This prehab and functional strength training course adopts a proactive strategy aimed at enhancing strength, mobility, and stability, thereby facilitating the achievement of both general and sport-specific objectives while minimizing injury risk and improving performance.

Developed by skilled physical therapists from the Integrecare Physical Therapy department, the course imparts specialized knowledge and techniques tailored to various sports or general fitness goals.

Athletes engaged in sports such as cross country, tennis, volleyball, swimming, football, wrestling, dance, etc. as well as those involved in weight training, will find this program particularly beneficial. Participants will receive guidance on proper form, with an emphasis on core stability, scapular stability, and endurance to prevent injuries.

Every participant will receive an exercise program to use independently at home.

Held July 15-31 on Tues/Thurs 5:30pm-6:15pm

The "biggest little parade in MN" AKA the Foley Fun Days parade, was Wednesday night!

As usual, the parade had a great turnout, and the Integracare Foley team was one of the floats representing.

This year, Foley Fun Days had a lumberjack theme, which is why some of the team and their family members are dressed in flannel on such a hot day! 😂

We're excited to share that Jenn Garding, DPT will be brining her licensed and certified concussion and vertigo care to Foley!

Jenn has been a part of the Sartell team since 2017, and now will be seeing patients in Foley on Fridays.

She is certified in vestibular and concussion from The American Institute of Balance. This makes Jenn an amazing resource for patients seeking care in these areas.
