Yesterday at Abby’s Spot was something truly special ✨🐴💛
Three clients, three powerful sessions… and y’all, the healing is REAL 🙌🏼🌿
We’re starting to see those “aha” moments click for our adult clients 💭💫 — where the Equine Assisted Psychotherapy process really begins to make sense and settle in. It’s not just time with horses… it’s connection, reflection, and growth 🐎🪞💖
And our adolescent clients… wow 🥹💗
They are opening up in the most beautiful ways — building trust, forming genuine connections with the horses, and taking big steps in relationship building and emotional awareness 🫶🏼🌱🐴
This is why Abby’s Spot exists. This is the heart behind it 💛
We do have a few open spaces available for next Wednesday’s sessions 📅✨
If you or someone you know could benefit from this kind of healing, please reach out!
📲 Contact me directly or connect with Camden Behavioral Wellness to get booked in for next week!
Let’s keep growing, healing, and showing up — one session at a time 🌿🐎💫
💛🐴✨

We spend our whole lives trying to "say the right thing." But what happens when the right thing can't be put into words?
What if the most honest conversation you'll every have...isn't with a human at all?
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy is where the couch ends and the breakthrough begins.💚

🧩Not every child connects through words and that's okay! Equine Assisted Psychotherapy can be especially powerful for autistic children because it meets them in a way that feels natural, nonverbal and sensory friendly. Instead of relying heavily on traditional talk based approaches, it uses connection, movement and experience.🐴

For more information on how to book your session for yourself or a child with autism, contact Camden Behavioral Wellness, Inc.Wellness by text at 912-825-8488, send us a direct message📩

Tomorrow at Abby’s Spot, sessions will focus on in-stall bodywork with our horses.
This work is centered around awareness—both in the horse and within ourselves.
We’ll be exploring: 🐴 Where horses carry tension in their bodies
🧠 Where we hold tension in our own bodies
⚡ How that tension influences the way we react, respond, and communicate
Through quiet, hands-on connection, clients begin to recognize patterns they may not have been aware of before—and how small shifts can change the entire interaction.
