👋🏻 Hi, there!

Welcome to Soulshine ☀️

I’m Taylor 🤗 You could say Soulshine truly began in 2021 when I brought yoga, dance, and visual arts together to a local park to build a community for creative expression, well-being, and supporting amazing causes (including auctioning off our art for A Child's Place CASA).

In my collegiate, vocational, and educational career, I have studied dance recreationally and professionally from a young age into adulthood. I have worked behind the 🎥 📸 cameras, on the stages, and in the studios🎨 👗🏺

I have degrees 🎓in Creative Arts Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counselling and specialized in Dance/Movement Therapy. I have studied in the performing arts and visual arts. I’ve always strived to support others in finding their way through and around challenging experiences and overcoming obstacles mentally, physically, and emotionally through the use of the arts.

I LOVE being witness to others’ journeys and achievements. I believe in the process-and have taught various creative and expressive modalities to all humans, ages 👶 littles through older adults. My goal is to remind people of the light they have within-and ways to access this energy and light. Whether you are interested in yoga, stretching, dance to be more physically healthy, movement to express, art to express, writing, painting, art journaling, etc. -Join me at Soulshine, a place for people of all abilities.

We’re so excited to welcome Mindful Movement in the Park - a FREE, family-friendly experience led by Taylor Provenzano of Soulshine LLC and sponsored by Wellsburg Parks & Recreation.

🧘‍♀️ Think stretching, yoga, movement, and even occasional live music—all in a relaxed, welcoming outdoor setting.
🎨 Plus, community art-making on the last Thursday of each month!
