Hello!!!! I just wanted to hop on here and remind people of a few things moving into the 2026 year. I will be using the online scheduler for all costumers moving forward. They will be required to add a credit card to their account/update expired credit cards to secure their appt. Failing to do so will result in the appt being cancelled. I have a cancellation policy I must be able to enforce to keep my schedule and finances predictable. This helps me keep costs down for you. You can pay at the time of your service how ever your find most convenient for you. The credit card will only be charged when I have to enforce the cancellation policy. I have also noticed a large increase of clients moving their appt “down the road” when they get the 24hr remind for the online scheduler. While this is perfectly acceptable to do occasionally, if you do it more than once with the same appt your request to move the appt will be denied and you’ll have to reschedule for a date later in time. Sometimes I can fill that spot in 24hrs but many times I can not. When the appt is moved last min it leaves me with lost time and income. Again I will repeat it’s ok occasionally but I will no longer accept repeat requests. When you make a massage appt and don’t value its importance it’s disrespectful to me and potential clients could have possibly booked in that time slot.
