Our Story
In 2017 we opened the “doors” to a dream open air yoga “studio” by the sea on the island of Folly Beach, gradually adding both public and private classes, lessons, and even kids’ yoga with an amazing team of yoga teachers.
Today we offer beach yoga classes both publicly and privately on Folly Beach and Kiawah Island near Charleston, SC as well as private sessions within homes and businesses on the islands. Our offerings including open level public beach classes for adults and kids, corporate wellness classes, private bachelorette and bachelor sessions, individual training, and more. Additionally we are blessed to have built a small network of yoga teachers who specialize in yoga for autism.
All of the teachers instructing for Folly Beach Island Yoga are RYT-200 or RYT-500 certified yoga teachers. Additionally, 3 of our class teachers are Kidding Around Yoga certified kids yoga teachers.
