Angela has made an INCREDIBLE transformation.

🔥 39.7 lbs lost
💪🏽 9.9% body fat dropped
❤️‍🔥 8 levels of visceral fat gone
🙌 Muscle maintained (and even gained for some!)

We want to give a huge shoutout to one of our amazing clients, Cindy! 🎉
Cindy just completed 500 classes and is officially the first member on our Wall of Fame with this milestone achievement! 🏆 What an incredible way to end the year.

This is what consistency and determination look like. Showing up week after week, no matter what. 💪 Cindy started her Pilates journey with us in November 2021, and since then she’s been coming 3–4 times a week, making amazing progress along the way. She’s even inspired most of her family to experience the power of Pilates too!
