Nitisha Gilra Kanchana Tatipigari and Radhika Narayan have been teaching the SKY Youth programs for a while now.
Since COVID we have been teaching the programs online and since then we have had the opportunity to positively impact over 360 Kids and Teens across the country.

This pandemic has impacted the mental health of youth the most.
Many of you have enrolled your kids and have experienced the positive impact of these practices first hand and we appreciate your continued support and trust.

Nitisha Gilra and I are excited to GO LIVE on FB today Jan 11th at 5:00 PM PST /7:00 PM CST/8:00 PM EST to answer some common questions/concerns expressed by parents :

What is SKY Kids?
Will my child be able to sit through the program?
