Walking recommendation for adults is to engage in 150 minutes of moderate activity a week, such as brisk walking. To meet the CDC's recommendation, you would only need to walk about 7,000 to 8,000 steps a day.

So, to start if you walk 250 steps per hour for 8 hours you are at 2000 steps per day!

Start where you are and move forward from there! Putting one foot in front of the other!
