Ok, real talk: what you eat matters. It's not just about calories, it's about what fuels your body. If you're still eating stuff like white flour, sugar, processed junk, or foods sprayed with who-knows-what (looking at you, glyphosate), you're not doing yourself any favors.
Want to feel good, look good, and lower your risk of things like cancer and inflammation? Start loading up on cruciferous veggies, berries, garlic, olive oil, turmeric, and healthy fats like avocado or Omega 3s. Oh, and don't forget those free-range eggs: your body will thank you.
Also, PSA: ditch the "white trash" foods. Yep, I said it. Flour, sugar, white rice, potatoes, bye! Switch them out for protein and good fats like grass-fed beef, organic chicken, fish, nuts, seeds, and even buckwheat (so underrated).
