Anxiety doesn’t always show up as panic attacks or obvious worry. Sometimes it’s procrastination. Sometimes it’s second-guessing yourself. Sometimes it’s tension in your body that you barely notice until it’s exhausting.
I came across this great article by Mallory Creveling, CPT on the subtle signs of anxiety and how easily we brush them off as “normal.” If you’re noticing these patterns in yourself or your clients, Brainspotting can be a powerful tool for addressing the underlying root, instead of just managing the symptoms.
