Why It Works Wednesday

After all the holiday feasts, cozy couch days, and gift-wrapping marathons, your body might be feeling a little off.

Take a few minutes each day to reset and rebuild. Open your chest by stretching forward and backward to release tension in your chest and shoulders. Engage your core by keeping your core muscles active to support your spine as you move. Move often by taking short walks or performing gentle stretches throughout the day to reduce stiffness and improve posture.

Your body will thank you with less stiffness, more energy, and better balance. Start now and step into the new year standing tall.
