Looking to move, breathe, and reconnect?
Here’s our current schedule of weekly classes at Mind Garden, including yoga, meditation, and mat Pilates offerings to support your wellness journey, no matter your pace or experience.
✨ From Slow Flow to Vin/Yin, Hatha to Restorative, and Pilates to meditation, our teachers bring their own unique style and heart to each class.
🌿 Every Saturday at 8:30 AM, join us for donation-based Yoga in the Garden, held outdoors in our beautiful courtyard (weather permitting). These classes are led by rotating guest teachers and offer a chance to explore a variety of styles, whether you’re seeking movement, gentle stillness, or something in between.
Our mission is simple: make wellness more accessible while creating space for community & connection. We hope to see you on the mat soon.
