Looking to move, breathe, and reconnect?

Here’s our current schedule of weekly classes at Mind Garden, including yoga, meditation, and mat Pilates offerings to support your wellness journey, no matter your pace or experience.

✨ From Slow Flow to Vin/Yin, Hatha to Restorative, and Pilates to meditation, our teachers bring their own unique style and heart to each class.

🌿 Every Saturday at 8:30 AM, join us for donation-based Yoga in the Garden, held outdoors in our beautiful courtyard (weather permitting). These classes are led by rotating guest teachers and offer a chance to explore a variety of styles, whether you’re seeking movement, gentle stillness, or something in between.

Our mission is simple: make wellness more accessible while creating space for community & connection. We hope to see you on the mat soon.

With a warm, grounded presence, she offers somatic therapy that is body-centered, trauma-aware, and deeply compassionate. Her approach invites you to reconnect with yourself to feel safe in your body, to process what’s been held, and to gently begin again.

🌿 Mondays | 5:45 – 6:30 PM
🌿 Fridays | 12:00 – 12:45 PM
Start the week in stillness.
End the week in reflection.
And in between, practice your own presence.

Slow Flow. Yin. Prenatal. Each of Sheree’s classes offers a unique way to reconnect — with your breath, your body, and your own inner rhythm.

Whether you’re craving mindful movement, deep stillness, or a sacred pause during pregnancy, Sheree holds space with care, presence, and deep respect for your journey.

• Mondays – 9:15am Slow Flow | 10:30am Yin
• Tuesdays – 5:45pm Prenatal

Sheree is not only a dedicated teacher — she’s also the heart of our yoga team operations. With her warm and friendly personality, she organizes our weekly schedules, supports the entire teaching staff, and makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her contribution goes way beyond the mat — she’s truly the glue that holds us together.
