It’s worth stopping ourselves and taking a look at our inner world - mainly the mind. What is actually running as a program through your mind at any given time?
This image is a good depiction of very common traits of our human suffering. If ‘we’, ourselves, do not suffer from some of these, it’s a guarantee that many are, and many do … and we’re seemingly unaware this is happening, 24/7.

So why not take a step back and analyze what is going through your mind, what is running through your heart? (as the mind and heart are connected).

Become an observer of yourself. People ask me often, ‘how do I start to change?’, ‘where do I start my work?’ … and I tell them, start by knowing what’s happening in your MIND - as this is the first key to what you experience “out there” in the world.

Before the first stir of creation, in that timeless expanse before the initial emanation, the Source was a mystery even to itself. There was no mirror, no other presence to reveal its nature. It was pure, untouched potential—boundless yet unknowable.

In that vast silence, all was latent, awaiting the first motion. We are like this too, full of potential yet veiled to our own depths. Imagine, then, the profound wonder as the Unknowable began to stir, awakening through the dance of duality, through the recognition of self and other.

Yet, with this awakening came a consequence. Each emanation—each fragment of consciousness—unfurled in endless forms across countless realms of vibration and frequency. And so, the Source, now refracted into an unimaginable diversity of creations, remains in some sense unknown to itself. No longer a singular whole, it is now a whole composed of many, present everywhere and in everything, endlessly discovering itself through its own infinite reflections.

The journey to obtaining knowledge of our sovereignty, not only as a physical body, but also ‘mind’ and Spirit, is one well worth walking.

Sovereignty is an inherent aspect of our nature - we know this through the breath. No one has can control over your breath, other than you.
