Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep”, is a guided meditation done lying on the back in a co**se position to bring you into a state of conscious deep relaxation. Essentially sleep with a trace of awareness. This systematic journey guides you through the layers of the physical and subtle bodies allowing the body to completely relax, to let go, and to bring about deep healing: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It is also known to help with insomnia, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and to help restore energy, promote creativity, and improve overall health. This practice can help calm your sympathetic nervous system, leaving you with a sense of peace, calm, and hopefully, bliss.

Join Gena in a magical process of releasing the physical body, quieting the brain waves, tapping into our emotional body, and gaining a higher intellect.
