I have had a few clients ask about my massage style since it isn’t limited to just one approach. My work is considered therapeutic and combines techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and sports massage. By adapting each session to the client’s body and individual needs, I’m able to provide focused therapeutic work while also creating a calming, restorative experience.
