I Play Yoga Kids I Play Yoga Spotted Dog Yoga is a one of a kind program designed to empower kids through yoga.

Just like any other sport, kids can "Play" yoga and take the lessons that this practice teaches them out into their lives as the grow! At Spotted Dog Yoga we believe that the most powerful way to build a strong future for our community is to teach our children to believe in themselves! I Play Yoga will provide your child with the tools to lead an empowered and inspired life!
