SAD is a real thing. It affects so many people every winter season. Even though we have had a nice break form the cold some people are still affected by this. Reflexology can help with SAD or any mood changes one maybe dealing with.
There are other things that can help with this such as getting outside especially the mornings, staying active as much as possible even a 10 minute walk, yoga, etc..eating mood boosting foods such as whole foods, avoid sugar as much as possible, practice mindfulness, deep breathing techniques, finding ways to relax, ground yourself and stay connected, and last keep your routines.
