In a world that is lacking so much love and just being good to one another? I wanna tip my hat to Cory from Urban Tree Service. I reached out to just see what some new firewood would cost, only because it brings so much joy to our folks at Franklin House! Cory very quickly reached out to me and asked if he could just supply our firewood for free. He made the day of a few residents! Cory seen the smile and how happy everyone was with the delivery; “was just a feel good moment!” Then to stay a little and made everyone feel apart of what he was doing! I feel we were all reminded that day of how one very small act of kindness can change the couse of some people. We know sometimes in our environment, smiles are hard some days! Not today Cory! You made everyone’s day! On behalf of Residential Services Inc. we say THANK YOU! We look forward to seeing you a couple times a year! What a great weekend! a

Celebrating some amazing House Managers this week for admin appreciation. We have worked relentlessly, day in and day out. Over the last couple weeks I was reminded by several people, that the leadership clearly took my lead. They never lost sight of our vision and maintained two houses while I navigated some very difficult things outside of work. Thanks Kaitlynn and Kathy for not only holding down the fort flawlessly; but also making sure your leader was taking care of himself as well! 😎Couldn’t do this job without either of you, and watching you both grow and practice daily what we need to do is amazing! Keep up the great work! Lincoln and Franklin House are lucky to have you both!
