Why have the su***de rates skyrocketed?
Why aren't your kids sleeping well?

Smart phones and social media.

Teens spend an average of 8 hours a day on their phones. That doesn't include the time on their Chrome books or other gaming systems.
Then you give them melatonin to help them sleep and caffeine to wake them up.
Parents, it is time to act like parents!
There needs to be limits of screen time
Your kid should be giving you their phone before bed and there is no reason they need it in their room.
Your kids are smarter than you think--they know how to hide apps. You think you are monitoring their social media accounts, but they are fooling you.
Your kids are looking at dangerous websites like p**n hub and are smart enough to know how to erase and hide that too.

Kids need the socialization and outdoor time instead of living in this virtual world!
