On Tuesday’s and Thursday’s a number of our residents look forward to Club Fit! It’s an opportunity for our long term residents and residents who have graduated from therapy to continue their strengthening goals. Many who participate enjoy tracking their “mileage” each month! It’s a great way to maintain what they’ve gained through their therapy while socializing with other residents and encouraging each other!
