Mondays are my "flex" day.

👆Sometimes that requires scheduling guests to accommodate demand, or the need to reschedule due to sickness/weather/family emergencies.

☝️Sometimes I go in to the building to clean, organize, switch up the retail shelves or redecorate for a holiday.

👆Sometimes I have education or meetings scheduled.

👆Often times, I work a few hours from home on "back end" business (Financials, recruiting, marketing, building systems and proceedures, planning for growth, working through challenges, updating our website etc, etc.)

👆Occasionally, I use them (or at least part of them) for personal appointments, family needs or running errands and currently, I am coaching my kid's Girls on the Run program after school.

Today just so happened to be a "back end" business day and I couldn't be more grateful to spend it outside in this beautiful weather. The creative juices flow more freely when Im surrounded by nature. It's going to be a good week.🙏
