Join the Top Soil Team as a Crop Scouting Summer Intern checking fields, monitoring crops for pests and disease, recording plant growth stages, emergence rates and overall stand health. All while using the latest crop monitoring software and equipment.

Pay Range: $18-20/hour

*Must be working to obtain an agricultural degree or are a recent agricultural graduate.

National Ag Day may come once a year, but for us we live it every day.

Wells Ag Supply started with a simple idea and the determination to keep pushing forward, no matter the obstacles.

In agriculture, there are no guarantees, just hard work, resilience, and the belief that what you’re building today will pay off tomorrow. We didn’t settle then, and we still don’t today.

Looking back, it’s incredible to see how far that mindset has taken us. Season after season, it’s the same commitment to growth that keeps us moving forward. And looking ahead, we know the best is still yet to come.
