It's always a treat to get all our Agents together in one room each year. We're coming off of two full days of learning, collaboration, and good conversations.

Our Top Soil Agents dug deep into agronomy training, talked through real soil science, and sharpened our approach for 2026. Wells Ag and Top Soil Agents both had the privilege of hearing from each of our major crop protection reps who shared updates, insights, and product knowledge that will help all of us serve growers even better.

Huge thank you to our Agents for making the trip and bringing your energy and attention. We are excited for the season ahead and grateful to work alongside such a strong group of people.
