I want to show what's possible when you get serious about your health.

This is my client Ashley. We started training in December 2021.

Since then, she has showed up every day eager to learn and ready to work.

In that short while, she has lost 9 pounds of fat, and gained 1 pound of muscle.

Her results have been nothing short of spectacular, and the crazy thing is we're just getting started.

You might be wondering if it's possible for you to get results like Ashley's, and my answer to that is yes.

Proper ex*****on is vital when it comes to resistance training. Many people work out day after day, year after year, and fail to see results because they have not learned how to properly activate and engage each muscle.
I take my clients through a methodical, step by step approach to teach them not only what the function of each muscle is, but how to properly activate it as well. This is the key to muscle growth - proper activation and recruitment of muscle fibers.
Aly here is focusing on letting the biceps get a nice stretch at the bottom of the movement and contracting (squeezing) really hard at the top. You also notice that he keeps full control of the weight throughout the entire range of motion.

GOOD NEWS FOR THOSE WITH A SWEET TOOTH! You can enjoy your sweets in a healthy, guilt-free way. Look for stevia or monk fruit online or at your local grocery store and start incorporating it to sweeten your drinks or desserts.
An important part of maintaining your diet is eating foods that you enjoy. Knowing which healthy substitutes to include will vastly improve your ability to stick to a diet.

190.1 lbs to 174.5 lbs ➡️ 15 pounds lost in 42 days 💪

After my cycling accident in February, I was stuck in a cast for a while and was told I could not work out at all.

As you can imagine this had me feeling a little depressed. I pretty much let myself go and began eating any and everything you could imagine. Pizza, burgers, ice cream, you name it.

As a result, I gained a bit of weight and lost quite a bit of muscle. I also felt disgusting eating so much junk food and not working out at all.

In April, I decided enough was enough and began to take control of my health. I began fasting daily and doing lots of cardio to get rid of the weight.

42 days later, I'm down exactly 15.6 pounds. Not all of it was body fat of course. I did end up losing a bit of muscle.

Now that I've lost most of the weight I gained, the next milestone is to continue leaning out slowly, while adding muscle back onto my frame.
