Compete is owned by Chris Phillips, a certified Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 20 years experience in professional sports including the National Hockey League, Arena Football League, Men's and Women's Professional Soccer.

Compete offers sports performance training for athletes, personal training for adults , sports rehab by certified Athletic Trainers to get back in the game quickly and safely. Compete is owned by Chris Phillips, a certified Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 20 years experience in professional sports including the National Hockey League, Arena Football League, Men's and Women's Professional Soccer. Chris has worked with hundreads of professional, Olympic and Hall of Fame athletes. Over 100 clients have committed to playing college sports. We have facilities in Lake Forest and Westminster, CA.
