GREAT NEWS!!!

Lenape Tech has gotten back to me, the admin liked my proposal and I have been asked to hold a meeting in a classroom during spring fling. This will be an educational meeting to educate any students at Lenape tech who are interested in learning more about what the PFU Organization will be. I will post further details as I find them out!

Good morning everyone!! We are a little over 1/4 of the way towards our goal! I’d like to share this again to ask for support from our amazing, amazing community.. All of the donations to the gofundme helps us pay for the fees and documentations to start our program. We cannot start planning meetings, groups, and actually withhold meetings, and start to fund for activities and events until we are a Legal Nonprofit! Which is where the gofundme is involved we thank everyone who has showed support and donated, and I kindly ask to share this post and show support so we can become the offical PFU Organization!

As things continue to evolve I have to develop a Board of Directors, I am looking to find someone to fill the Secretary position as well as a Treasurer.
I am looking for long lasting help, someone who will be committed to this organization as it continues to grow!🫶🏼

-Must be 18 or older
-Willing to learn as this process continues
-Open communication
-Trustworthy
-A drive to make a positive difference in the world

The zoom meeting with the Law Firm went amazing! Him and I talked about a lot of things and how the whole process works, legal documents and the process of getting them filed properly.

-the process of how to do this legally with the soul purpose of this to be a nonprofit

-how to properly handle documents with donations etc

-the costs of filing legal documents, etc. And having the assistance of an attorney through the CHISHOLM LAW FIRM

With all of this being said I will be starting a Crowd gofundme and use ALL of the donations for the contribution of the legal documents fees and attorney fees to get this non profit started! After all of the donations from the gofundme is collected the process will start which should take 30-90 days! I want to thank in advance for everyone who is making this dream possible but not only to make my dream possible, but to help the process of being able to help so many others struggling with mental health!💙💜

With the unfortunate low probability of the club being approved by Lenape Tech due to it being a sensitive topic. I will be having a zoom meeting with CHISHOLM Law Firm Thursday at 3pm to talk about the probability and options on making it a nonprofit organization.

With the possibility of this becoming a nonprofit, does anyone know who would be willing to have a space for us to hold group meetings; such as a local church or something along those lines?

I will update when I have further details.
