I love finding ways to “hide” extra nutrients in meals!

Found this trilogy seed mix at Walmart the other day. It has flaxseed, chia seed, and h**p seed. Such an easy way to get soluble fiber, omega 3s and minerals.

I snuck mine into a la scala salad I prepped for the week. Which also has chickpeas, another great source of soluble fiber.

You could honestly put these in anything!
I have more tricks up my sleeve.. and will share another time.

Something a lot of people don’t talk about or normalize…

Imposter syndrome and the voice of doubt when you’re trying so hard to uplevel, do something big, start a new business, or honestly just trying something new.

That’s what I’ve been dealing with this week. And as someone who typically has a very positive mindset, this has really been taking a toll on me. That ugly voice in my head giving me so much fear, worry, doubt that all of this will be for nothing. That no body will be interested or sign up for a membership. Even though there’s evidence otherwise!!

When this happens it always feels like a test. Are you willing to put in the mental work to truly uplevel or will you cave and fall back into old patterns again?

To me mindset is everything and I’m done playing small. So I’m going to try to take tonight and get my mind right again.
Some things I may do:
- get grounded
- soak in the tub and picture all of this washing away
- Meditate/listen to affirmations
- Write down all of these fears, worries, doubts and burn it.
- Self reiki

So in case you needed this reminder too…

🩸Red light therapy
🩸Gentle movement: like yoga or stretching
🩸Clary sage e.o.: rubbed over womb area
🩸Tub soak: add in Epsom salt. Or as i like to calll it, my blood bath lol
