⭐️ August Employee Spotlight ⭐️
Ms. Paulette Johnson, Office Assistant 💗

Ms. Paulette has been with Elite for 2 years!
She previously worked as a Radiologist Tech🩻, attending UAM and then graduating from Baptist Medical Center for Radiology and worked for 30 years as the Radiology Director at the Hot Springs Hospital.
Ms. Paulette is originally from Warren but transplanted to Fordyce 4 years ago while recovering from bilateral knee replacement surgery 🦵🏻and had chosen Elite Home Health for her after care! She says that our current PTA, Jennifer Brown was her therapist and she was amazing, but one day while getting PT she suffered a heart attack❤️‍🩹. Luckily Jennifer was there to and was instrumental in getting her to the hospital in a timely manner to get help as soon as possible!! 🙌🏻. She’s states she is forever grateful to Jennifer and Elite Home Health for going above and beyond-and this is one of the many reason Ms. Paulette loves working for Elite!! That we provided the best, compassionate care and all work together like a family💙🤍
In her free time she loves traveling 🧳 and has been to several places out of the country making many memories! Belize being her favorite place so far!
She also collects fish and all things beachy 🐠🦩🏖️. She has her own little personal beach house here in Arkansas 🥰 She absolutely loves the ocean and being at the beach and eating good seafood 🍤 🐟
💗If you were to ask others about Ms. Paulette they would tell you she is the absolute best, funniest, supportive, and always willing to help!! Also that she is the absolute cutest with all her daily festive outfits 😁

Elite received several awards last week.🏆🏅We can’t express enough how truly thankful we are for each one of them!💙🤍 We have an amazing office and field staff that leads to our success, but most of all we have some amazing referral sources that have brought us into so many wonderful patients lives! 🥰

Crystal Burnett, LPN 🩺💉🩹
💙 Crystal has been a nurse for 4 years and graduate from Seark Colllege
💙Crystal has worked for Elite HH for 1 year
💙She says what she loves most about working for Elite is that we are all one big family and that everybody was so welcoming and accepting from day one and any of them will drop anything to help you if needed!
💙 She says that she absolutely loves being a nurse and being able to help her patients. And at the end of the day she feels like she had made a difference in her patients lives.
💙In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, floating in the pool, fishing, hunting, anything outdoors!
💙If you ask others about Crystal they will tell you she work diligently to take care of her patients, that she has a huge heart for what she does and is always willing to go the extra mile for her patients and coworker😊💗

⭐️ June Employee Spotlight ⭐️
Lisa Williams, LPN 🩺💉
🔹Lisa graduated from SouthArk in 2006, and has been with Elite for almost 1 1/2 years. Most of her nursing career was spend in geriatrics and as a treatment nurse. 🩹
🔹Lisa says what she loves about working for Elite is you have the freedom of not being in the same location/facility all day 🌞 and she gets to have more one on one time with her patients to better educate them and address their needs. She also states that she has the best coworkers and that they all work together as a team and are there to help each other at anytime! 😁
🔹Lisa’s hobbies include any and everything that’s outdoors, especially fishing 🎣 and hunting 🦌. She loves spending time with her husband and her family. Lisa and her husband also have their own bee 🐝 business, S&L Apiary, where they raise bees, process and sell honey 🍯
🔷If you ask others about Lisa they will tell you that she’s always there to help, she is a team player and does it with a smile on her face. She puts her patients well being first and is a very compassionate nurse!!
