National Hispanic Heritage Month runs through October 15th and honors the cultures and contributions of both Latino and Hispanic Americans whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. Latino and Hispanic Americans are historically under-represented when it comes to palliative and hospice care. Our advocacy efforts focus on compassionate care, cultural humility, and responsiveness to improve this outcome in our commitment to serve with love.

We are excited to announce Hands of Hope, our home-based pediatric program, has achieved program certification from CHAP, Community Health Accreditation Partner. One of only nine hospice programs in the nation to achieve distinctive pediatric certification, Hands of Hope offers palliative and concurrent hospice care for children ages 0-21 in South Carolina, Georgia, and in several areas of North Carolina.
