Major Kramer is on his way home. One of his Air National Guard responsibilities is to be at training exercises like Red Flag to make sure pilots are fit for flight. We want to thank everyone for their understanding and support while he was gone. It’s not always easy to make time for training or service but it’s vital to our community and country that we each do the best we can to support one another. Fly, Fight & Win! Semper Primus

We want to thank all our Veterans and their Families for their Service and the Sacrifices they’ve made for our Nation on this Veterans Day.
After serving as a family physician in the Air Force, Dr. Kramer chose to continue as a Major in the South Carolina Air National Guard. We appreciate all that he does for our community and our country.

Happy Birthday Amy! Amy recently joined the Main Street Medicine team. She is an ASU graduate with degree in Biology and minor in Spanish. She grew up in Rutherford County and is full of kindness and compassion for the people in this area. We are so grateful for all the joy and energy she brings into the office.
