I give a signature massage that combines swedish, medical, neuromuscular, craniosacral, Reiki, reflexology, Spontaneous Muscle Release Techniques and deep tissue. I also offer other modalities such as chair massage, scar tissue release, structural rebalancing and others. Defusion, which releases negative emotion energy is also available. Massage is available in my relaxing office in Forest City NC or at your location.
