We are hiring!
Currently, we have several positions open.
They are both part-time + with benefits
The first is a weekend staff position. It's 24 hours in one day and you're even paid to sleep or study. Light housekeeping duties, assisting with meal preparation and general living skills TV, Movies, Board games, etc. This is a laid-back weekend position more fun than work. Starting wage is $16.50 per hour after training and bonuses you'll increase to $18.70

The second is Monday through Friday. It's a general craft and recreation position from 10AM to 2PM Mon-Fri. Starting wages are $26.00 per hour and $28.00 after the training period (you'll increase by $0.50 every six months.)

Part-time benefits include
Your phone service reimbursed up to $45.00 per month

Hildah and Kay’s LLC is a 24-hour Residential Group Home for 8 Adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities located in the heart of old town Forest Grove. We are dedicated to providing a home which fosters independence while maintaining the health and safety of our residence. Our residents are mostly independent so the largest part of this job is having a genuine relationship with each resident and being a teacher, coach and advisor to them.

DSPs provide support with daily activities including:

 Personal care, hygiene, bathing
 Accompany customers to
community activities and outings
 Enable customers to fulfill their
goals as determined by an ISP team
 Carry out positive behavior supports
and basic skills coaching
 Assist with meal prepping
 Perform household duties such as
cooking and cleaning
 Medication administration

Desirable skills and strengths:

 Be a great teammate.
 Follow all OAR’s, instructions,
policies and procedures
 Complete all tasks assigned for your
shift, document when require
 **Must have a Valid driver’s license
and good driving record
 No Criminal History
 Computer literate – basic.
 Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
 Must be able to pass a background
check.
 Maintain 12 credit hours per year of
on the job training (CPR/First aid,
OIS)

Wages and Benefits:
Beginning wage is $16.50 per hour.

Benefits for part-time employees are:
 On-Call Pay
 Cell Phone Payment Contribution,
$45 per month
 Costco Card

After 6 months:
 Some Holiday Pay (4 hrs. per
holiday)

Medical Support Assistant -
Group home for adults with special needs' - medications, medical/dental appointments; overall health and general physical wellbeing assistance; documentation; guidance; manage minor issues; personal hygiene; Excellent position for someone who can go out into the medical/dental community and advocate for our Residents in a kind and professional manner; the focus is on independent living - and person-centered programs

Residential program. Excellent working environment

Possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, and is able to cope with time-sensitive work.
Must be a highly detail-oriented, self-directed, and diversified individual.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties related to the overall care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Scheduling, transporting to appointments.
This position requires someone who is interested in encouraging our residents to live independent, productive lives.

Job Requirements:
Valid Oregon Driver's License
College-related human services, Or High School/GED
Good computer/phone skills/office filing/paperwork/
Grammar and handwriting skill
Must be friendly, outgoing, and have a positive attitude.
Have reliable transportation and arrive to work on days and at times scheduled.
Self-motivated and professional appearance.
Understand the importance of complete confidentiality of patient and office health and financial information.

The ability to pass both a criminal history check and a drug screening test
Prefer someone within 15 minutes of the group home location
