What is Laser lipolysis?
To do the laser “lipo,” we attach paddle-like applicators to the area to be treated. The paddles emit light that penetrates your skin and heats up the fat cells underneath. The heat damages the membranes of the fat cells, so they start to die off.

It takes time -- about six weeks -- to see the final results of the treatment. After that, you should have noticeable sculpting in the area that was treated. Some people need more than one treatment for optimal results.

Like surgical liposuction, this procedure permanently removes fat cells from your body. It’s much less painful, though, and laser lipolysis recovery is also shorter and less complicated. there is no down time. It also comes with a lower risk of loose skin afterward

As flu shot season is upon us. I would like to remind you, that if you have had ANY vaccine. Please wait a minimum of 48 hrs (72 is better) before getting a massage.
Reasons :
1. Massage increases blood flow and can cause your body to process the vaccine faster than it was designed. If your going to have an adverse reaction, this can speed up the time frame and make it more intense.
2. It may reduce the effectiveness of the vaccine you have received.

As many of you know, I have not been concerned about receiving tips. You don't tip your Doctor, or Chiro, you don't need to tip me.

There are people in our community tho, who simply cannot afford to get massage, especially not on a regular basis, but really truly do need it. Some with conditions like CRPS live in disabling pain, and massage helps give blessed but temporary relief.
