🎭Mardi Gras Celebrations at Pacific Grove Memory Care! 🎭

Our wonderful residents have been busy crafting masks and they have donned their beads- ready for a delicious lunch today featuring jambalaya, collard greens and cornbread ✨a personal favorite meal !✨

Mardi Gras, also known as “Fat Tuesday” is a festive celebration that dates back to medieval Europe. It’s a time for feasting and merriment before the lent season begins.
Mardi Gras reached the United States in the 18th century and has become known for its colorful parades, lively music and joyous gatherings. 💃🏼👑

We are thrilled to bring this lively celebration to our community and create cherished memories with our residents. Thank you to our dedicated staff for making this event so special! 💜💚💛

Dear Friends and Family,

We regret to inform you that due to the severe weather forecast for Thursday and Friday, we must postpone our Valentine's Day party in Memory Care. The safety and well-being of our residents, staff, and guests are our top priority.

We understand how much everyone was looking forward to this special celebration, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working on rescheduling the event to be a part of our Ice Cream Social happening next week on 2/18! Please consider joining us then! 🍦
